Note: there is no cooktop but one can be installed by new owner if desired. Unit will be sold with all current furniture, artworks excepted. Beach rights access just across the road. Complex allows owners to have up to 2 pets (some exclusions per insurance). New in 2022: combo a/c and heating unit and new slider screen door. Sorry, no laundry facilities on site but one low monthly fee (yes, the fee is paid year-round) covers everything.
